Observatory Visit (2005) : In February 2005, we enjoyed a superb evening at the University of St. Andrews Observatory.  This observatory houses the largest optical telescope in the UK and it was great to see it working on a clear night.  We also enjoyed a tour of the other facilities, including a spectroscope and a Meade 16" LX200.  Skies were clear enough to allow good views of the Moon and Saturn to be had.  Our thanks go once again to Dr. Ron Hilditch of the University for showing us around.  All rounded off by a superb meal in a local Bangladeshi restaurant!
